HUSD will be hosting its elementary Smash Brothers Tournament on 12/06/2023 starting at 4PM. The event will be held at the Hesperia Junior High Gymnasium and spectators are welcome! Spectator tickets are $2 per adult and $1 per student. So come out and enjoy some amazing gaming and support our students who are just getting into and learning about the fundamentals of game design and esport career opportunities.
One of our awesome parent volunteers, Mr. Sanders, spent the afternoon today helping our 1st grade Cougars clean up the garden area. They cleared several bags of leaves and trash, and it looks fantastic!

In observance of Thanksgiving, all HUSD schools and offices will be closed the week of November 20th-24th. Schools and offices will re-open on Monday, November 27th.

We’d like to give a huge shoutout to the staff from @diamondprovides for their support with fencing for our Fall Festival! Their team was incredibly professional, set up and secured all of our fences for the haunted maze, and were all smiles when they came back to pick up.
Thank you to @truelibertyprotectionservices and @greggsgradingnetting for covering the cost for us, and to @samidesigns for donating gift cards for the raffle baskets!
@sultanahighschool and @hhsscorpions sent us over 100 student volunteers to run the various games and activities, as well, and they were absolutely awesome!!
We are incredibly appreciative of all of the support for our cougar kiddos! It takes a village and we truly have the best!
