Carmel Family, Girl Scouts will be here at our school holding a parent information meeting today at 3:45 for all parents who have female students interested in joining Girl Scouts. You will not be allowed to enter the school until after school dismissal finishes at approximately 3:40. The meeting will be held in our multi-purpose room, please follow the signs to find the meeting location.

Carmel Parents: We need your help. We are still in need of donations for the Thanksgiving baskets we are preparing for needy families. Most items are non-perishable. Please see list of items that correspond with your student's grade level below: Kinder- Dinner Rolls, Boxed Cornbread Mix 1s Gradet- Jarred/Canned Gravy, Boxed Mashed Potatoes 2nd Grade- Canned Corn, Canned Green Beans, Canned Soups 3rd Grade- Canned Yams, Cranberry Sauce 4th Grade- Pumpkin Pie Filling, Pie Crust 5th Grade- Marshmallows, Hot Chocolate, Boxed Stuffing Mix 6th Grade- Boxed Desserts, Cake Mix, Frosting, Jell-O, Pudding Please bring or send these items w/your students. Carmel Family: Schools will be closed this coming Monday November 11, 2019 for Veteran's Day for all Hesperia Unified School District students.

You are cordially invited to Carmel Elementary’s Veterans’ Day program this Friday, November 8th starting at 9:30 and ending at 10:30. We extend a special invitation to veterans and active duty. We encourage you to attend as school age children need to see the people who served our country.

Carmel Kindergarten & TK Parents, If your TK/Kindergarten student is attending the field trip they need to arrive to school by 8:45 a.m. today.

Carmel Parents and Guardians, Please do NOT send your student/s to school in their Halloween costumes (including masks, makeup and accessories) tomorrow October 31st. If your child does come to school in costume, parents will be called to pick up students or bring them a change of clothes. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Carmel's Fall Festival is tonight! Doors open at 6:00 p.m. If you did not purchase presale tickets you are still able to purchase them at the door. $4 per person for entry into the festival, $4 for the train and $4 for the haunted maze. Food is available for purchase at this event- prices vary.
